Our Story

Twenty-Five Years of Deep Roots

The story of Waste Advantage didn't begin in a boardroom; it began on the streets of DFW in 2000. Originally founded as Empire Disposal, our company spent two decades building a reputation for grit and reliability. In 2020, Chris Neill transitioned the company to the Waste Advantage name—not just as a rebrand, but as a commitment to bringing a higher level of technology and responsiveness to the local waste industry.

Strategic Growth, Local Focus

As the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex exploded, so did the need for a waste partner who actually answered the phone. To meet that demand, Waste Advantage strategically expanded by bringing together some of the most respected names in the region, including the acquisition of Big Box Waste of Fort Worth and Reliable Waste and Recycling.

These weren't just business transactions; they were a way to double our fleet and our expertise, ensuring we have the operational footprint to cover both Dallas and Fort Worth with unmatched speed.
